Diese großzügige und luxuriöse 'Ocean-Front'-Villa befindet sich in wunderschöner Lage im Resort: direkt am Meer mit einer traumhaften Fernsicht, bei der Sie sowohl den Sonnenaufgang als auch den Sonnenuntergang genießen können.
Die Villa Sea Bright wirkt von der Einfahrt aus eher wie eine kompakte Villa, aber das täuscht gewaltig: Diese Villa verfügt über nicht weniger als 5 Schlafzimmer und 4 Bäder! In diesem Haus mit sehr viel Privatsphäre gibt es ansonsten noch ein Wohnzimmer mit direktem Zugang zur Terrasse und eine teilweise offene Küche mit Zugang zum Wohnzimmer und zur Terrasse. Auf der Terrassenseite gibt es 3 identische Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit eigenem Bad. Auf der ersten Etage befindet sich der Masterbedroom. Sie können hier alle Fenster und Türen öffnen und nachts die Meeresluft und das Rauschen der Wellen genießen. Das fünfte Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett.
Sehen Sie es schon vor sich? Öffnen Sie einfach die Vordertür und genießen Sie die wunderschöne Umgebung und die traumhafte Aussicht auf das Karibische Meer! Der Infinity-Pool lässt einem praktisch keine andere Wahl, als stundenlang mit einem wunderbaren Drink in der Hand den Blick über das Meer schweifen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen! Diese Villa verkörpert den ultimativen Genuss!
Obwohl die Villa direkt am Meer liegt, ist ein direkter Zugang zum Meer leider nicht möglich. Man kann das Meer jedoch wunderbar vom direkt darüber gelegenen Plateau aus genießen. Der Beachclub, die Tauchschule und der Strand befinden sich in 10 Minuten Entfernung an einer Stelle, an der das Meer viel ruhiger ist.
Die Villa Sea Bright 63 wurde erst vor kurzem in das Angebot aufgenommen und ist ein absolut heißer Tipp! Wenn Sie sich die Fotos anschauen, werden Sie auch sofort verstehen warum!
Villa Sea Bright 63 befindet sich im Villapark Coral Estate, einem herrlichen Park in Banda Abou. Second time in the same villa, very happy
Great house for Multiple People

Of the five bedrooms, only two are "inside" the house. This can help when dealing with people that want to go to bed at different times. The primary bedroom is upstairs, was a great size, all the rooms have king sized beds except for the bunk room. The bunk room beds are twin sized, they were still long enough for a 6 foot person to sleep in if necessary. The kitchen has a large countertop that is not in the pictures opposite the stovetop and refrigerator. This is where the plentiful dishes and pots and pans are stored. The three other bedrooms open directly to the back of the house, they each have their own key for each of the rooms. They are also all almost identical. The pool was great, multiple spots for you to sit down in the water and listen to the waves crashing below. You WILL hear these waves and may think its thunder, but its not. There are plenty of chairs for everyone to sit in, both at the dining table and out near the pool. There are also a few sitting areas where you can just enjoy the sunset and watch the cruise ships leave for the day. The neighborhood is quiet, its not a party location, so if you are looking for that, you may need to go elsewhere to find it. There is one more spot that is not shown in the pictures, if you are looking out at the ocean from the back of the house, there is a walkway you can go down, that has a few steps to a deck you can stand at that gets you even closer to the water. From there there is ANOTHER set of stairs that can get you even closer to the water and even has a couple chairs bolted down where you can sit. Overall, I probably wouldn't recommend this house for people with LITTLE kids, but for 8 and up, it would likely be great. I wouldn't want them "outside" the house by themselves in those rooms that open straight to the pool deck.
So this list of things I didn't like is more of a personal preference sort of thing versus actual PROBLEMS. I personally gave the Primary bedroom to another set of guests, that don't have any problems with their knees. This is because the stairs are ever so slightly taller than stairs you would find in the US, but more importantly, there is NO HANDRAIL. The lack of a handrail is not shown in the pictures, so if you're just a little bit older and don't want to take the stairs, BE WARNED. This did NOT impact on the enjoyment of our trip because the other bedrooms (we used four) still had the exact same accommodations. The lack of handrails is also evident at that extra walkway, its wooden and feels a little rickety, the boards flex a little too much for my comfort, so I didn't go all the way down to the bottom viewing area.

With regards to the children we do understand your point although from experience we noticed that every child is different and we have hosted a lot of little ones in this villa already who enjoyed it very much.

Loved the house and accomodations, the location is perfect close enough to the resort and amenities, restaurants in the estate. The view is spectacular and the 4 bedrooms/bathrooms work really well for 4 couples or 4 single persons, very comfortable. the 5th room is really only big enough for children sleeping room only with no separate bathroom attached like the other 4. We didn't use it so no loss.
There was really not much I could complain about so I am not going to try very hard, the house was fantastic and I would highly recomend it.
