Description
When you choose an apartment in Cape Marie, you choose luxury, convenience and the ultimate holiday feeling. Located in building A, this flat is spacious and fully equipped. It has 3 furnished bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and very nice views over the Caribbean Sea. To top it all off, a Personal Assistant will be waiting for you if you wish!
Apartment 1410 is located in the first building of the Cape Marie Luxury Apartments that stands on the east side of the Coral Estate resort. At 240m2, the flat is spacious and tastefully decorated.
It has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, shower and toilet. There is another separate guest toilet with a sink in the hallway. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The other 2 bedrooms have double beds, which can also be placed as 2 single beds. Both the spacious living room and the bedrooms have air conditioning and fans. Wi-Fi is included in the price.
The open kitchen (with air conditioning) is fully equipped and includes a cooking island with bar stools, an American fridge, dishwasher, combi microwave, and Nespresso machine. The large SMART TV in the living room has Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, Disney+ and Movies. A digital system allows you to watch almost all international channels. The SMART TV in the master bedroom also gives access to all known apps.
From the spacious terrace, you have beautiful and wide (180 degrees!) views over the Caribbean Sea and enjoy both the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Of course, you can use the communal swimming pool with an outdoor shower, pergola and sun beds.
The flats at Cape Marie are new, spacious and fully equipped. Each flat is uniquely decorated. The flats are located in a quiet part of the resort. Luxury, space and tranquillity, that is what you will find here. These flats are not called Cape Marie Luxury Apartments for anything. This penthouse adds to this luxury and comfort.
If required, Coral Estate Rentals will arrange for a Personal Assistant to be at your service. You will be picked up from the airport by a luxury car and taken directly to the flat where your favourite drink is already waiting for you. A stocked fridge, a rental car; pretty much anything you want will be arranged for you. The same goes for activities; be it diving, hiking or a day at the spa. In short: carefree enjoyment!
The building is equipped with a lift so it is also suitable for disabled guests; from the parking garage, you go directly to the 2nd floor. The flat is not suitable for groups of young people and Cape Marie flats do not lend themselves to parties.
The Cape Marie Luxury Apartments are located at Villapark Coral Estate, a beautiful park on Banda Abou, on the west side of the tropical island of Curaçao. The park has 24-hour security and is close to many popular beaches with beautiful diving and snorkelling locations. At Coral Estate Centre there is a beach, spa, restaurant Karakter, diving school Coral Divers and Rooftop bar Koraal. In addition, you will find fresh bread at the bakery Bread & More and delicious pizzas.

I have been coming to Coral State for 10 years. This is the second time staying at Cape Marie apartments. As always the view, the beach, the settings are amazing!
The apartment had a few corks like:a) smaller Master suite bathroom shower does not drain well/water runs outside; 2 of the wall plug ins in the main master did not work; need a better espresso coffee machine:).
