This gorgeous villa is unique at Coral Estate Rentals! Kas ku Playa means 'House with beach', and this is exactly what makes this villa special; you will have your own private beach!
Imagine spending your vacation in this beautiful mansion, you will not be disappointed. The villa has a spacious living room, and the inside becomes one with the outside terrace because of the roller blinds. The view of the Caribbean Sea never gets boring.
The terrace is perfect for relaxing in the lounge set, one of the sun beds or daydreaming in the infinity pool. Ambitious intentions? The pool is big enough to exercise in. Next to the pool is an outside shower. Through a staircase, you walk onto your (man-made) private beach. There is a palapa (an open space with a roof of dried palm leaves), a hammock and sun beds. From the pier, you can enter the sea. On this level, you'll find a beach bar so a cold drink is never far away.
When you drive up the lane, you immediately see the spacious set-up of this villa. Before you enter the villa, you'll find one guest room with a bathroom separately located from the villa. Upon entering the main house, you will see the connected gallery with two bedrooms with a bed- and a bathroom each. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
In the mansion are two spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. When you open the curtains in the morning, you'll enjoy the magnificent view and realise you're not still dreaming. One of the bedrooms has a flat-screen television. The living room has a tv as well.
The kitchen has a cooking island with an American refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher. In the scullery are a washer and dryer. The villa has a split level which makes the living room very spacious due to the high ceiling.

Villa Kas ku Playa is located on Villa Park Coral Estate, a beautiful gated resort in Banda Abou. Het huis is fantastisch en de service van coral estate heel erg prettig!!
We dachten dat we vanaf de steiger van het strandhuis het water in konden, maar dat is te gevaarlijk !

Fijne locatie, mooi dat we hierin mochten verblijven. Dank voor het medeleven en het persoonlijke welkomstbericht. Tijdens ons verblijf goede klantenservice.
Airco in de grote kamer was kapot, volgende dag verholpen. Tweemaals geen water.
Geachte gast, fijn om te lezen dat u uiteindelijk in deze villa een fijn verblijf heeft gehad en nogmaals excuses voor de vervelende start van uw verblijf. Fijn om te zien dat we wel in staat waren om het snel te verhelpen, maar we hebben uw opmerkingen zeker ter harte genomen!

In het zwembad liggen met de zee voor je ogen..... dat kan niet beter! Het huis is ruim en voorzien van veel wat je leven makkelijk maakt. Heel vriendelijke staff ter plaatse.
Dat ernaast een huis omgebouwd werd zorgde soms voor geluidsoverlast. Maar gelukkig niet iedere dag. Dat kan wel gebeuren, als je in de tussenseizoen op vakantie gaat. De BBQ moet vervangen worden.

Wat een mooie recensie, hartelijk dank! Ja, helaas is de zee vrij ruw op sommige dagen en dat was zeker het geval tijdens uw verblijf.
Wel vroegen we ons af waarom u de WIFI laag heeft beoordeeld, aangezien wij dit niet hebben vernomen tijdens uw verblijf. We vernemen het graag zodat we dit kunnen verhelpen in de toekomst.
