This beautiful, private and very spacious beachfront villa is very well located with lots of privacy and beautiful views. It’s located at walking distance from Coral Estate Centre. Unfortunately, it's not possible to enter the sea directly from the villa due to a rocky area and strong currents.
Landhuis 6 offers you the characteristics of a typical Curacao Plantation House. High ceilings and a spacious porch around the villa guarantee a cool living area all day long.
The master bedroom with bathroom en-suite is located on the ground floor. The two other bedrooms have recently been refurbished and are located on the first floor with a balcony and a beautiful view. They share a bathroom.
The recently kitchen is fully equipped and offers you the opportunity to cook many tasty meals. The villa is suitable for up to 6 people.
Villa Landhuis is located on Villa Park Coral Estate, a beautiful gated resort in Banda Abou. The resort has 24/7 security and is located near several wonderful beaches, perfect for swimming, diving and snorkelling. At Coral Estate Centre, you have the option to go to the beach, the spa, restaurant ‘Karakter’, rooftop bar ‘Bar Koraal’ and the dive shop. Heerlijk huis. Ruim en op goede locatie. Dicht bij het resortcentrum en Koraal en Karakter. Maar toch heerlijk rustig. Super mooi uitzicht. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien tot en met goede Wifi.
Eigenlijk niets. Als ik heel kritisch ben verdient sommig buitenmeubilair wat onderhoud, maar er staat zoveel dat dat de pret niet mag drukken. Top huis.

This was my 5th time staying at one of Coral Estates properties. Excellent service as always as it took a lot with covid to make the trip possible for my wife and my parents. Home has amazing oceanfront views of the sunset. Short walk to Karakter. Pool is very big. Lots of overhang areas to sit all around the outside and amazing breeze in front of house! AC was ice cold in each bedroom.
