Villa Esmeraldas is modern and very colorful. The villa is located somewhat in the back of the resort which results in views of both the Caribbean Sea as well as the inner lake. Villa Esmeraldas has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, is very spacious and has lots of privacy. And let's not forget the private pool with a beautiful wide ocean view.
The very spacious, open kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a cooking island with induction stove, Nespresso coffee machine, built-in oven, double fridge / freezer with ice maker and dishwasher. And did you see that view? Cooking has never been so much fun!
The living area consists of a living room with a comfortable couch and chairs, plus a television room / library. From the living room you can walk straight onto the terrace where you will find a dining table with 4 luxurious chairs. The glass facade between living room and terrace blends inside with outside. From the terrace you can walk straight into your private infinity pool.
This villa has 2 bedrooms, both with a spacious bathroom with rain shower and separate hand shower. There is also a guest toilet. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning. Next to the front door is another terrace with views over the inner lake, plus a garage. Of course you’ll also find the convenience of a washer and dryer present.
Villa Esmeraldas is located on Villa Park Coral Estate, a beautiful gated resort in Banda Abou. The resort has 24/7 security and is located near several wonderful beaches, perfect for swimming, diving and snorkeling. Prachtige villa, schitterend uitzicht vanaf beide terrassen. Mooi en bijzonder smaakvol ingericht huis. Uitstekend uitgeruste keuken. Zeer goede bedden. Doordat de schuifpuien helemaal open konden werd binnen buiten en andersom. Kortom, een geweldig huis waar je je direct thuis voelt en het heerlijk vertoeven is.

Second time we stayed in this villa and we weren’t disappointed. The location is high up which means gorgeous views on both sides plus always a nice breeze. The kitchen is to die for. Sliding Doors to the front and side and a view at the Caribbean Sea make cooking a feast. The furniture is very nice with a luxurious feel. Bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely. Check in, check out and intermediate cleaning were done with a smile.

Alles.Huis was heel smaakvol ingericht.Prachtige meubels.Unieke ligging van de achterporch met likale tuin die geweldig uitzicht geeft op binnenmeer,de kerk van willibrordus en landhuis rif.En dan ook nog een voorporch met hoog uizicht op zee.Zelfde met de 2 smaakvolle slaapkamers.Lekker niet te koud zwembad en geeen muggen en wimpiries.Steeds een heerlijke verkoelende wind:perfect
