Description
Villa Esmeraldas is modern and very colorful. The villa is located somewhat in the back of the resort which results in views of both the Caribbean Sea as well as the inner lake. Villa Esmeraldas has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, is very spacious and has lots of privacy. And let's not forget the private pool with a beautiful wide ocean view.
The very spacious, open kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a cooking island with induction stove, Nespresso coffee machine, built-in oven, double fridge / freezer with ice maker and dishwasher. And did you see that view? Cooking has never been so much fun!
The living area consists of a living room with a comfortable couch and chairs, plus a television room / library. From the living room you can walk straight onto the terrace where you will find a dining table with 4 luxurious chairs. The glass facade between living room and terrace blends inside with outside. From the terrace you can walk straight into your private infinity pool.
This villa has 2 bedrooms, both with a spacious bathroom with rain shower and separate hand shower. There is also a guest toilet. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning. Next to the front door is another terrace with views over the inner lake, plus a garage. Of course you’ll also find the convenience of a washer and dryer present.
Villa Esmeraldas is located on Villa Park Coral Estate, a beautiful gated resort in Banda Abou. The resort has 24/7 security and is located near several wonderful beaches, perfect for swimming, diving and snorkeling. Gorgeous villa with great space to relax as a family of four. Loved the pool and the views and great working A/C in the bedrooms and tv room. Kitchen was really well equipped to make meals and the outside dining table on the back patio was the perfect place to enjoy them. Loved the location close drive to amazing beaches — and the resorts beach and restaurants were handy and lovely. Would happily return here!

Loved the views, the villa had an ocean and mountain view. Just breathtaking. Loved the pool and views from each room in the home. The breeze was great so it wasn't really hot. Loved you could open the doors all the way in the kitchen, Living room (front and back) and the doors in each room to feel the cool breeze. The beds were comfortable, excellent hot water and the size of the home was more then generous
We noticed tons of tiny bugs in the kitchen on the back cabinet, the living room area and entry way had no AC so it was Extremely HOT when we came back from the shops. It only stays cool in those areas if the doors are kept open and we didn't want to do that so no Lizards or any other vermin comes into the home. We noticed a lamp we very rusted in the Living room, the paint was chipping pretty badly as if there was water damage there. The Living room ottoman had very visible stains that were not cleaned. The staff at the restaurant was not welcoming or friendly and extremely talkative to each other and the food was not good. The beach area had too many corals or rocks which made swimming not very enjoyable. The Coral Estate snorkel area was visibly run down and in dire need of an update. I would not call this place luxury and unfortunately would not visit this place again.

With regards to your other comments, I would like to thank you for taking the time in reviewing; We will forward your other comments about the lamp and the ottoman to the home owner. With regards to the heat/breeze...the shutters are constructed in such a way that the breeze can go through the house and leave no room for anything entering the villa also if you are away. But this might not have been explained clear enough to you, and I am sorry about that. The other difficulty we experienced is that the total review also reflects a lot of items which are not directly in our control, such as the snokelling areas, the beach with corals etc. But, of course we will forward your comments to those responsible of these areas and restaurants in order to be able to improve their service levels. So again thank you for sharing this with us.

Prachtig huis maar pas op met de bouwactiviteiten rond het huis

Villa Esmeraldas is een prachtige villa. Heel sfeervol ingericht, geweldig uitzicht en het heeft prachtige terrassen en doorkijkjes. Heerlijk op de wind gelegen, een keuken die van alles is voorzien. Kortom: een heerlijk huis!
Hartelijk dank voor uw practige cijfer! Helaas werd er in de buurt gebouwd tijdens uw verblijf inderdaad en heel vervelend dat u hier net last van heeft ondervonden. Gelukkig is het nu alweer wat minder, maar dat is voor u niet meer van toepassing helaas. Gelukkig heeft u wel een fijn verblijf gehad en graag heten we u welkom om het ook een keer zonder bouw activiteiten te mogen ervaren!
