Deze ruime en luxueuze 'ocean front' villa is op een prachtige plek op het resort gelegen; direct aan zee met prachtig weids uitzicht, waar u de zon ziet opkomen en aan het eind van de dag weer ziet ondergaan.
Villa Sea Bright oogt vanaf de oprit als een compacte villa. Niets is echter minder waar; deze villa heeft maar liefst 5 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers. De zeer privégelegen woning bestaat uit verder uit een woonkamer met direct toegang tot het terras. De keuken is deels open, met toegang tot de woonkamer én het terras. Aan de terraszijde zijn 3 identieke slaapkamers gelegen, elk met eigen badkamer. Op de eerste etage bevindt zich de master bedroom. U kunt hier alle deuren en ramen openzetten en 's nachts genieten van de zeelucht en het geluid van de rollende golven. De vijfde slaapkamer is voorzien van een stapelbed.
Ziet u het al voor zich? Open de voordeur en geniet van de fraaie omgeving en het prachtige uitzicht over de Caribische Zee. De infinity pool vraagt erom urenlang over zee te mijmeren met een heerlijk drankje in de hand. Deze villa is de definitie van ultiem genieten!
Alhoewel de villa direct aan zee gelegen is, is directe toegang tot de zee helaas niet mogelijk. Genieten van de zee vanaf het plateau dat er net boven ligt, kan echter heel goed. De beach club, duikschool en het strand liggen op 10 minuten afstand, waar de zee veel kalmer is.

Villa Sea Bright 63 is gelegen op Villapark Coral Estate, een schitterend park op Banda Abou. Het park heeft 24-uurs bewaking en ligt vlakbij veel populaire stranden met prachtige duik- en snorkellocaties. Op Coral Estate Centre is een strand, spa, restaurant Karakter, Bakkerswinkel Bread and More, een duikschool en Rooftop Terrace Bar Koraal. Second time in the same villa, very happy
Great house for Multiple People

Of the five bedrooms, only two are "inside" the house. This can help when dealing with people that want to go to bed at different times. The primary bedroom is upstairs, was a great size, all the rooms have king sized beds except for the bunk room. The bunk room beds are twin sized, they were still long enough for a 6 foot person to sleep in if necessary. The kitchen has a large countertop that is not in the pictures opposite the stovetop and refrigerator. This is where the plentiful dishes and pots and pans are stored. The three other bedrooms open directly to the back of the house, they each have their own key for each of the rooms. They are also all almost identical. The pool was great, multiple spots for you to sit down in the water and listen to the waves crashing below. You WILL hear these waves and may think its thunder, but its not. There are plenty of chairs for everyone to sit in, both at the dining table and out near the pool. There are also a few sitting areas where you can just enjoy the sunset and watch the cruise ships leave for the day. The neighborhood is quiet, its not a party location, so if you are looking for that, you may need to go elsewhere to find it. There is one more spot that is not shown in the pictures, if you are looking out at the ocean from the back of the house, there is a walkway you can go down, that has a few steps to a deck you can stand at that gets you even closer to the water. From there there is ANOTHER set of stairs that can get you even closer to the water and even has a couple chairs bolted down where you can sit. Overall, I probably wouldn't recommend this house for people with LITTLE kids, but for 8 and up, it would likely be great. I wouldn't want them "outside" the house by themselves in those rooms that open straight to the pool deck.
So this list of things I didn't like is more of a personal preference sort of thing versus actual PROBLEMS. I personally gave the Primary bedroom to another set of guests, that don't have any problems with their knees. This is because the stairs are ever so slightly taller than stairs you would find in the US, but more importantly, there is NO HANDRAIL. The lack of a handrail is not shown in the pictures, so if you're just a little bit older and don't want to take the stairs, BE WARNED. This did NOT impact on the enjoyment of our trip because the other bedrooms (we used four) still had the exact same accommodations. The lack of handrails is also evident at that extra walkway, its wooden and feels a little rickety, the boards flex a little too much for my comfort, so I didn't go all the way down to the bottom viewing area.

With regards to the children we do understand your point although from experience we noticed that every child is different and we have hosted a lot of little ones in this villa already who enjoyed it very much.

Loved the house and accomodations, the location is perfect close enough to the resort and amenities, restaurants in the estate. The view is spectacular and the 4 bedrooms/bathrooms work really well for 4 couples or 4 single persons, very comfortable. the 5th room is really only big enough for children sleeping room only with no separate bathroom attached like the other 4. We didn't use it so no loss.
There was really not much I could complain about so I am not going to try very hard, the house was fantastic and I would highly recomend it.
