This beautiful, private and very spacious beachfront villa is very well located with lots of privacy and beautiful views. It’s located at walking distance from Coral Estate Centre. Unfortunately, it's not possible to enter the sea directly from the villa due to a rocky area and strong currents.
Landhuis 6 offers you the characteristics of a typical Curacao Plantation House. High ceilings and a spacious porch around the villa guarantee a cool living area all day long.
The master bedroom with bathroom en-suite is located on the ground floor. The two other bedrooms have recently been refurbished and are located on the first floor with a balcony and a beautiful view. They share a bathroom.
The recently kitchen is fully equipped and offers you the opportunity to cook many tasty meals. The villa is suitable for up to 6 people.
Villa Landhuis is located on Villa Park Coral Estate, a beautiful gated resort in Banda Abou. The resort has 24/7 security and is located near several wonderful beaches, perfect for swimming, diving and snorkelling. At Coral Estate Centre, you have the option to go to the beach, the spa, restaurant ‘Karakter’, rooftop bar ‘Bar Koraal’ and the dive shop. De communicatie via de mail liep goed en de ontvangst uiteindelijk op Curacao bij Coral Estates was heel hartelijk. De villa was heerlijk. Alleen airco in de slaapkamers en de woonkamer werd door de noord oost passaat gekoeld door de shutters die zich rondom woonkamer en keuken bevinden. Dan het uitzicht...fenomenaal! Je hebt geen huizen voor je, meteen aan het water en vanuit het zwembad kan je uren hangen aan de rand en over zee turen. Geen enkele dag hetzelfde. Fijn vonden we ook dat er 2 restaurantjes op het estate zijn waar goed gegeten kan worden. 's Morgens even verste broodjes halen en buiten op de porch over de caribische zee met een kopje koffie was echt genieten.
Eigenlijk alleen dat het gereserveerde voorschot pas erg laat weer terug werd gestort. Ondanks de waarschuwing die we kregen heeft het ons verbaast dat we het voorschot voor de auto die we bij hato hadden gehuurd bij landen in Nederland alweer retour hadden, maar van Coral Estates hebben we langer moeten wachten.

Fijne service! Heerlijke huisjes! Fantastisch uitzicht! We waren met twee groepen van zes! Bij aankomst hoorden we dat we een upgrade hadden gekregen! Prachtige villa waar we met veel plezier hebben geslapen!
De afstand tussen de appartementen kan groot zijn. Auto vereist.

Geachte gast, hartelijk dank voor uw positieve feedback! Fijn om te lezen dat u zo van de villa en het resort genoten heeft.
Met betrekking tot de reservering op uw credit card, de authorisatie, vinden we het vervelend te vernemen dat het toch nog lang heeft geduurd. Helaas verschilt het per bank hoe lang het duurt tot de resereving wordt vrij gegeven. WIj hebben daar helaas geen invloed op.
We zullen het wel nogmaals met onze bank opnemen om te zien of dit toch niet anders kan.
