This beautiful, private and very spacious beachfront villa is very well located with lots of privacy and beautiful views. It’s located at walking distance from Coral Estate Centre. Unfortunately, it's not possible to enter the sea directly from the villa due to a rocky area and strong currents.
Landhuis 6 offers you the characteristics of a typical Curacao Plantation House. High ceilings and a spacious porch around the villa guarantee a cool living area all day long.
The master bedroom with bathroom en-suite is located on the ground floor. The two other bedrooms are located on the first floor with a balcony and a beautiful view. They share a bathroom.
The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped and offers you the opportunity to cook many tasty meals. The villa is suitable for up to 6 people.
Villa Landhuis is located on Villa Park Coral Estate, a beautiful gated resort in Banda Abou. The resort has 24/7 security and is located near several wonderful beaches, perfect for swimming, diving and snorkelling. At Coral Estate Centre, you have the option to go to the beach, the spa, restaurant ‘Karakter’, rooftop bar ‘Bar Koraal’ and the dive shop. Romantisch droomhuis aan de Oceaan

Villa Landhuis 6 is een heel fijn en romantisch vakantieverblijf. De ligging is echt fenomenaal. Direct aan de oceaan gelegen die je constant hoort ruisen. Ook de ligging ten opzichte van de restaurants bij Karakter is gunstig, slechts 5 minuten lopen. De living is fijn en supergroot, en het hele huis is op de begane grond voorzien van open shutters waar de wind zachtjes door heen kan komen, zodat het altijd aangenaam is in huis. De airco op de slaapkamer werkte super. De snelheid van de fan kan geregeld worden, dat is fijn ivm geluid of te lage temperatuur. Het huis is rondom voorzien van een galerij. Aan de voorkant is het heerlijk toeven met prachtig uitzicht over zee en zonsondergang. Het zwembad is groot en de tuin is prachtig met mooie bloemen, veel vogels en natuurlijk leguanen! En veel privacy. Het team van Coral Estate Rentals is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam evenals de de medewerksters van de housekeeping en de poolboys.
Eigenlijk niet veel, alleen de barkrukken, die zakten steeds helemaal naar beneden en kon je niet gebruiken.

The house is really big and the air-conditioning is working very well. The pool is amazing, good size and nice view. If you like to stay update on news or your favorite TV show, this Villa has it all. TV, Receiver, even AppleTV. Plus 2 medium Sonos Sound boxes.
Small geckos always sneak through the wind shields and keep sitting in the living room furniture (couch). As a result, a lot of Gecko poo lies on the floor every morning.
