How does the check-in procedure work?
At Coral Estate Rentals, we make sure your arrival is smooth and stress-free. Below you'll find all the information about our simple and welcoming check-in process.
How does check-in work?
- Show your ID at the security gate – Upon arrival, present your identification to the resort’s security staff.
- Turn left to the reception – After the check, turn left toward the parking area. You'll find the La Puerta Business Centre, where the Coral Estate Rentals reception is located.
- Check in at reception – Our friendly staff will welcome you and make sure everything is arranged for your stay.
What do we need from you at check-in?
- Identification for all guests (passport or ID card)
- A US$500 or US$1500 deposit – Payable in cash or by debit/credit card
- Resort information – We'll briefly go over the house rules with you
After check-in
- We’ll accompany you to your villa or apartment and hand over the key.
- Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Want to check in earlier? Ask us about our early check-in options.
- Our reception closes at 5:00 PM – arriving later? No worries! Just let us know, and we’ll gladly arrange a late check-in.
