I have been part of Coral Estate for many years and I lead the team that looks after homes like yours. When you call, you speak to me or to a colleague who knows you, your villa and your preferences. We are a local team of about 40, working on the resort every day and our duty phone is answered day and night. Whatever you need, whether it is a question, a repair or simply a villa that is ready for your arrival, we are here for you. That is how I can promise you peace of mind.

Together we decide how often and what kind of maintenance your garden needs, and our garden team carries it out throughout the year. We keep you updated on anything that needs your attention.
Your pool is cleaned at least once a week and, if you wish, maintained and refilled. Every visit is noted on the log in your pump house, so you can see when someone has been.
With regular absence cleaning, your villa does not gather dust while you are away. When you are here, we add that little extra comfort.
Repairs and general maintenance, whether you are here regularly or for longer periods.
With an absence contract, we check your villa regularly, so anything unusual is noticed quickly. We are always reachable in an emergency, and we look after your interests when you are not on the resort.

No. Our care services are entirely separate from rental. Many owners never rent. Renting through Coral Estate Rentals is optional and can be added at any time.
It depends on your villa, garden and pool, and on how often you would like us to visit. After a free walkthrough, we send a written proposal within a week, with every service itemised, so you know exactly what you pay for.
We brief the contractor, obtain quotes and supervise the work. Larger jobs need your approval before we start. Every invoice is attached in your owner portal, and you receive one clear monthly statement.
Yes. We support owners with purchase, construction supervision, interior and garden design, and afterwards with the everyday care of the home.
We visit your Coral Estate home, take a walk through it together and send a written proposal within a week, with every service itemised. No obligations, no surprises.
