Villa Sol I Laman is a very popular, luxury stand-alone sea view villa with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large porch with a private swimming pool.
From the porch, you have a beautiful view of pristine nature, a beautiful tropical garden and the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy the sunset, listen to the birds sing, read a book, take a dip in the pool and see the cruise ships pass by. In the evenings, watch the stars and have a drink while enjoying a pleasant evening breeze. This villa is located on an elevated part of the resort.
The villa accommodates up to six people; it has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. The second and third bedrooms are located in the front of the villa and have a shared bathroom. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.
The master bedroom and living room with a fully equipped open kitchen both have French doors that open onto the porch with a private pool and sun beds. On the porch, you will find an additional dining table with chairs and a Rotan porch set.

Villa Sol I Laman is located on Villa Park Coral Estate, a beautiful gated resort in Banda Abou. The resort has 24/7 security and is located near several wonderful beaches, perfect for swimming, diving and snorkelling. Het is een rustig gelegen locatie, heerlijk rustig, centraal op het eiland. Het enige wat mist op het park is een supermarkt.

Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Toll ist, dass alle drei Tage ein Housekeeping Team ssubermacht und Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher und Badetücher wechselt. Schön auch, dass das gute Strandrestaurant Karakter zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Sehr positiv ist auch der gepflegte Privatpool und der Poolservice. Wir haben uns auch nie unsicher gefühlt dank der regelmäßigen Security Rundfahrten in der Anlage. Das Haus müsste innen neu gestrichen werden.
