Opening the French doors to the porch, it becomes one with the living room, and you’ll overlook the Caribbean Sea. Welcome to Villa Bista Laman!
The master bedroom has direct access to the porch as well. The other two bedrooms are in the front of the villa. The master bedroom has a bathroom en-suite with a shower, toilet and sink. The other two bedrooms have a shared bathroom. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. The private pool can be found on the terrace. This villa is located on an elevated part of the resort.
The open kitchen has a bar, and is fully equipped with modern appliances like a 6-burner stove with oven and a double-door fridge. The villa has a TV, a landline for free local calls, and Wi-Fi. It accommodates up to six guests.
Villa Bista Laman is located on Villa Park Coral Estate, a beautiful gated resort in Banda Abou. The resort has 24/7 security and is located near several wonderful beaches, perfect for swimming, diving and snorkelling. Lovely Villa, great location. Very helpful staff at Coral estates rental office. Kitchen very well equipped.
Had minor problems with WiFi and dishwasher (no instructions). Would have been helpful to know in advance (at booking) that pool was too deep for young children.
Heerlijk rustig gelegen Villa

Het was een heerlijk verzorgde, en niet te grote Villa op een rustige plek. Alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben was aanwezig en de uistraling van het huis is modern en fris. De tuin is mooi onderhouden en goed begroeid zodat je veel privacy hebt.

Villa 1023

Als er een vraag was werden wij uitstekend geholpen. De woning was van alle gemakken voorzien.
De woning was prima, alleen waren er een paar zaken die ons tegenvielen. De bedden waren hard en helaas zat er geen deur tussen de slaapkamer en de badkamer/toilet. Dit is bepaald niet aangenaam.
Geachte gasten, wat fijn dat u onze services zo goed heeft ervaren. En jammer dat u de bedden wat aan de hardere kant vond. Dat is natuurlijk altijd zeer persoonlijk. Wel hebben we dit doorgegeven aan de eigenaar, opdat daar rekening mee gehouden kan worden. Met betrekking tot de deur is dit in de masterbedroom inderdaad het geval. De tweede badkamer kan wel worden afgesloten.
Hopelijk mogen we u een volgende keer weer verwelkomen?

Prachtige plek, fijn huis en hele fijne medewerkster van Coral Estate

Mooi huisje met een prachtig uitzicht! Alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig! Royaal terras met eigen zwembad. Ligging van het park is gunstig tov alle mooie strandjes. Een huurauto is wel noodzakelijk. Medewerkster van Coral Estates was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam!! Alle vragen kunnen via de app gesteld worden, snelle reactie en super meedenkend.
Zwembad was niet schoon toen we aankwamen en de airco op een slaapkamer deed het niet. De volgende dag meteen verholpen dus uiteindelijk een top verblijf gehad. Airco op een slaapkamer werkt wel minder goed dan op de andere.
Geachte gast, heel fijn te horen dat u zo'n super verblijf heeft gehad en de service zo heeft gewaardeerd. Fijn dat de zaken die de eerste dag niet goed waren bij aankomst, u verder niet gestoord hebben. Wij hebben dit intern en met de eigenaar besproken en zullen dit verder oppakken. Dank dat u het heeft aangegeven.

I loved the villa! It was perfect size for our family with beautiful views inside and out!
It was a bit hot the time we were there and limited the use of air conditioning. It would be great to add ceiling fans into the bedrooms too.

Sorry that you did have some struggles with the dishwasher and the WIFI but good to hear that we were able to help you with that. The pool height is quite standard but in the case you would like to come back one day, please let us know since we do have some other pools as well with different heights.
