This stand-alone, two-story villa has recently been refurbished with modern and design furniture and is fully equipped and very comfortable. The villa features outstanding design combined with utmost functionality and offers absolute quietness. The villa has four bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a European luxury kitchen, a tropical garden and a private pool to cool off in while you gaze at the endless Caribbean Sea. The villa is located on an elevated part of the resort.
Villa Sunshine 523 is designed in a way for you to enjoy the refreshing trade winds year-round, and enjoy the shade on the hottest moments of the day. This villa has breathtaking views from all sides. The ever-enchanting waters of the Caribbean Sea and the romantic sunsets can be admired from every part of the villa, whether you are in the living area, the bedroom or the guest room. The master bedroom with a private bathroom and with patio doors gives you direct access to the porch. The other two bedrooms are located in the back of the villa and share another bathroom. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.
The guest room is downstairs and has a large bedroom with a private bathroom and Wi-Fi. The porch offers a lounge bed with dining table. This way you can enjoy your holiday with family and/or friends, while everyone’s privacy is assured.
The villa is among other things equipped with very good beds, a washing machine, a dishwasher, Apple TV, a telephone, a gas BBQ, and a wireless internet connection, and is suitable for a maximum of 8 people.

We loved the location and the views were spectacular. The resort/ gated community is extremely quiet, well maintained, and is close to pretty much all major beaches, stores, etc. - this is why we keep coming back to Coral Estate every year. We liked some of the amenities of the house and we really enjoyed the interaction with the Coral Estate team. The team was very professional, responsive and addressed any issues the best to their abilities in a timely manner.
This gorgeous property would benefit tremendously from mosquito / bug screens - in some months, the mosquito problem is very apparent and the lack of screens throughout the house is concerning. The oven didn’t work properly and kept tripping the circuit breaker, which affected the power supply through the house - we were without oven for 10 days. While for some travelers the oven is not important, for families traveling with young children the oven could be essential. Lastly, a better patio door might be needed as some rodents entered the house due to the relatively large gaps on each side of the doors, even when fully closed. Despite those issues, we still loved the property and made the most out of our trip.

The villa was incredible, quite, clean, and provided plenty of room. The outdoor area had plenty of seating for all and provided spectacular views of sunset. I highly recommend this villa and Coral Estates.

Heerlijk ontspannen ... prachtige locatie

De customer service van het rental team was voortreffelijk. Uitzicht is prachtig. Genoten van de kleurrijke vogels die suiker bij ons kwamen eten. Super rustig 's nachts. Heerlijk klimaat.
Master badkamer is functioneel maar eenvoudig.
