Description
Villa Téotlina 221 has recently been added to our portfolio and is situated on a very nice location on the resort. It is named after the grandchildren of the owners, reflecting their personal passion! The villa is designed and furnished to accommodate a group or several families with it's space, terraces and two kitchens, divided over two floors.
The upper level holds, a spacious open living room, a kitchen area, a covered terrace with a private pool, two bedrooms (all air-conditioned), and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a twinbed that can be joined upon request. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.
The open kitchen consists a 4-burner gas stove, an oven, a dishwasher, and lots of other kitchen quipment to make your stay even more comfortable.
On the level below you will find the other two bedrooms (both with air-conditioning), a shared bathroom, another kitchen and terrace overlooking the ocean.
Villa Téotlina is designed as a typical tropical villa: because of the high ceilings with ceiling fans and the shuttered windows, the inside feels cool and comfortable throughout the day. Being outside on the large covered terrace is even better though. This is the perfect place for a BBQ, a dip in the pool while watching the breathtaking view, taking a shower outside, sunbathing or taking a nap. Everything is possible. The enclosed terrace ensures privacy.
This villa is ideal for several families who want to spend a vacation together but like some privacy as well.
If, while being in paradise, you still need to stay in touch with the outside world, there is a television set and fiber optic WiFi.

The resort has 24/7 security and is located near several wonderful beaches, perfect for swimming, diving and snorkeling. Teotlina was echt goed voor ons gezin van 7. Keuken was goed uitgerust met alle nodige keukengerei. Pool was ondiep, perfect voor kleine kinderen.
Lang gewacht bij aankomst (villa was niet gereed en moesten we wachten totdat ze klaar waren met schoonmaken). Kussens in sommige slaapkamers waren een beetje hard.

Beautiful and Well Maintained

What a beautiful Villa! It is clear that the owners take a lot of pride in their property. The view is insane and the location of the pool is a mother's dream. Travelling with kids can sometimes be stressful when there is a pool involved. What is nice about this villa is that you need to go down a flight of stairs to access the pool. We have stayed in other villas where the pool is RIGHT by the door when you exit into the backyard which resulted in a mama on high alert at all times! Not what you want when trying to relax on vacation. I would definitely book to stay here again!
